MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Every Stamped By Beauty item is created when you place your order.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or personal color preferences, except where required by law.

Please double-check size charts, colors, and product descriptions before completing your purchase, Beauties!

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we've got you! 💕

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at stampedbybeauty@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

HOW TO REPORT AN ORDER ISSUE

To report a problem with your order:

1. Email stampedbybeauty@gmail.com.

2. Include your order number.

3. Provide a brief description of the issue.

4. Attach clear photos showing the problem.

We aim to respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

Damaged or defective products generally do not need to be returned.

REFUND TIMING

Once your refund is approved, we will issue it to your original payment method.

After a refund has been issued, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after it was issued, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
